Please note that you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials used to access any Digital Markets service or account, and you must report suspected unauthorized activity to us.

We make reasonable efforts to restrict access to information to only those employees, contractors, and agents who need such access in order to operate, develop, improve, or deliver our programs, products, and services.

2B Software aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.

Service Providers

Payments

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. Google API User Policy for Email Detail Archive & Email Detail Migrate

Email Detail Archive, the downloadable computer software to convert emails to PDF, may use Google Application Program Interface (API) Services if the user has configured Email Detail Archive to connect to a Google account. Email Detail Archive and Email Detail Migrate are developed by 2B Software LLC – a company incorporated under the laws of Russian Federation. You can find out more about 2B Software at https://emailindetail.com/about-us.

The end-user downloads Email Detail Archive from https://emailindetail.com and runs Email Detail Archive on her/his own computer. Email Detail Archive is a desktop application that runs on the end-user’s computer, not a web application.

2B Software has obtained authorized client credentials for Email Detail Archive and Email Detail Migrate to access Google API Services. 2B Software keeps these credentials confidential.

Email Detail Archive and Email Detail Migrate do not change the Gmail account in any way. All emails are kept intact. The apps only require readonly access to the data (able to view emails but can’t change them, delete, send, or receive).

Requested Data

Email Detail Archive and Email Detail Migrate, while running on the end user’s computer, if the user has configured them to connect to a Google account, request the following Google user data:

  • Data associated with Google account: the end user’s email address, profile information and OpenID – to let Email Detail apps authenticate the Google account using OAuth authentication mechanism;
  • Email messages (content) and folder structure stored on end user’s Google account – to let Email Detail Apps make copies of email messages stored on the Google account;
  • List of end-user contacts in the Google account, i.e. the address book that stores the contact information (name, email, etc.) of the other people.
